Refund Policy

Returns

Once your return is received and reviewed, we will send you an email notifying you that we have received your returned item. We will also let you know if your refund is accepted or denied.

If accepted, your refund will be processed and within a set period of 15 days, a credit will be automatically added to your original credit card or the payment method.

Late or missing refunds

Exchanges

Gifts

When the item is gift tagged when purchased and shipped directly to you, you may receive a gift credit on the return value. When the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be sent to you.

Transport
